Congressmen take yoyos to plenary entertain themselves
New toy to concentrate.
Photos taken by anonymous source during a Congress plenary evidenced the boredom that some congressmen go through during their workday. Meanwhile, some of them to entertain, like yoyos and others brought toys to make bubbles.
They argued that they brought those things to make the debate about the death penalty for child rapists more enjoyable. One of them answered the following: "We know that is a sensitive issue but, this allows us to concentrate and enjoy our work more. The new work practices allow us a moment of recreation, it is something normal".
According to a study by Harvard University, the workload of congressmen is so exhausting, sitting for long hours, sleeping, paying attention and playing on the cellphone is no longer recommended due to the damage that this can cause to the vision, they deserve to play with something less harm and take care of their health.
