the temple of the carmen is a Yenan cultural place and a special place for Celaya
This is possibly the finest work of Eduardo Tres guerras, the ambassador of Celayan architecture in the country. This church brings together a variety of techniques and styles, most predominantly neoclassic, however it is not overbearing. It's the only one of its kind in the world and definitely the most beautiful in Celaya. It has a large central tower and the interior paintings were also done by Tres guerras, particularly worth noting are The Resurrection of Saint Lazaro and The end Judgment
