FLOWERS The flowers in the garden will give a touch of color and many have beneficial properties such as aromatic. 4. MUSHROOMS AND OTHER PLANTS THAT HELP US The hedges, in addition to delimiting the garden or the different sections and giving a touch of style to our garden, help maintain biodiversity, act as a barrier to pests and can attract beneficial insects. In addition, if you make hedges with shrubs of wild fruits, such as blackberries or blueberries, you can make with them rich jams or jams, or have small freshly picked fruits to consume fresh. PLANTS FOR GREEN FERTILIZERS In this case, the plants are grown not for us to eat them but for them to serve as "food" or fertilizer to other plants in the garden. Small plants, of fast and easy growth and high nutrient content, such as clovers, alfalfa, mustard ... are usually cultivated as green manures ... They are usually legumes, grasses or crucifers.
