With virtual on-line stands that were open from 11 am to 5 pm, De La Salle universities in Mexico held an exposition for hundreds of prospective undergraduate students on what was the first lasallian virtual fair dedicated to vocational orientation. The exposition took place from April 22nd to April 24th, and it was the perfect opportunity for high school seniors not only to get more information about their future career’s or intended major’s characteristics, opportunities, and positive outcomes, but also learn about scholarships, merit-based awards and financial planning. Moreover, the institutions provide students with the option to make a personal video conference with an assessor to ask questions about admission requirements, and future steps in their admission process.
In addition, some experts from all over the country shared their experiences in areas like engineering, innovation, psychology, education, human rights, architecture, and economy on what is called a “webinar”, as well as on live streaming platforms.
Some of the institutions participating on the event were: La Salle Laguna, La Salle Bajío, La Salle Pachuca, La Salle México, La Salle Netzahualcoyotl, and others.
Finally, each student who attended the event, received a diploma.
