A month before the Constituent Assembly elections will be convened the provisional government
extended the decree of May 6, 1931, which created a legal advisory under the mystery of justice in order
to prepare projects: law on release , the Constituent Assembly, name that is given in the decree to the
Fururas Constituent Cortes. Three days later, the Catholic jurist and politician Angel Ossorio y Gallardo
was appointed president of the Commission and then the twenty-four members who form it, twelve of
whom were in charge of preparing, under the presidency of Ossorio, an auteproyeco deConstitucion,
which the government it reserved the right to modify before presenting it to its debate by the future
Constituent Cortes.
