Entrepreneurs' Fair Report

The Eddington CECADEP Institute Entrepreneurs’ Fair began at 10:00 a.m. At this fair, the students of the fourth semester presented their products of their small companies created by them in order to learn to work as a team and know the responsibility of having a business, as I had mentioned a moment ago, the fair began at 10 a.m. with a few words from the school principal and cutting a blue slat to give the opening. 

From 10:00 to 10:30 was the presentation of the first "Celestial" team that their product to sell was Mole Poblano and epazote totopos, the judges assessed their presentation and product, then the judges went down to each company's positions and evaluated their products and presentation.

By 11:30 the judges had reviewed two teams that were celestial with their mole Poblano and totopos of epazote, and Tesoro with their green pipian and chipotle totopos, at each stall they gave to taste the products more apart offered sandwiches and gave souvenirs. 

From 11:30 to 12:30 the judges had rated three more teams, one of fashion design and two other cuisine, these teams were called Soft Freshness with pyjamas for girls, Koli with stain tablecloths and totopos, and Piepitlan with their red pipian and totopos.

From 12:30 to 1:00 p.m. the judges rated the last two Design teams that were Homeland and Soak that both had inspired designs for the summer season. 

1:30 the director gave the announcement of the fair winners and the team that received the first place was Celestial as it was the company that prospered the most and made the most profits.

But this does not mean that this fair only tried gastronomy and fashion design, our sixth semester colleagues and we sophomores came together to carry out an ecology project that was also presented at the fair and was a success the project ecology.
