Habits in health, an endless dilemma. (Editorial).

The dilemma between the people who keep their lives healthy and those who don't

As we already now, we of necessity must lead a healthy life since that involves many factors like you maintain a healthy weight, you feel healthy with yourself, you prevent many cardiovascular deseases as arterial hypertension, arrhythmia, etc. There are also adventages like greatly reduces stress, and weel others more. But , some people like support this notion, there are some people have never done.

This, commonly, called as physical inactivity is another factor denominate by the OMS like one of the highest risk factors for health. This sedentary stylelife is one of the main contributing factors to not-communicable diseases. Now i will show some facts about sedentary life: a great number of people of all ages suffer this type of life, physical activity decreases with ages, women are generally more inactive that men, 40% of the habitants in United States are obese and lead a sedentary life.

This is a big problem in this society with includes many persons; but, i will like go deeper into this topic: childhood obesity.

The childhood obesity has increases in recent years, today, every six out of ten children are obese. Being overweight or obesity puts kids at great risk for heart diseases. There are times when parents are too permissive with their children which makes them buy everything they want. to put it another way, this is unacceptable; all adults, all mothers, all fathers, all grandmothers, etc can´t let this happen. We can not compromise with their health. We most no follow the steps of countries like United States (which is one of the countries most affected by obesity) or anothers.

We have the tools to eradicate it, only we need to become aware from this problem and make the little ones come to their reason.

Well, to end with this editorial i will some tips to take into account: Drink water; it is super important, leave all the sugary drinks; Eat healthy, don´t eat so much fried; Do exercice, at least half hour for a day, and, by last, repeat this previous steps and I know that your body, your soul, and your brain will thank you.
