SOCCER WORLD CUP
Review about the Soccer World cUP, 7th of August 1934.
This year the soccer world cup has been celebrated in Italy, sixteen teams participated in this edition, where there was a first phase and a final round where 8 teams compete. This year the teams that reached the final round were Italy, Spain, Germany, Sweden, Austria, Hungary, Czechoslovakia and Switzerland, 4 of these teams will advanced to the next round which were Italy, Germany, Austria and Czechoslovakia.
The two teams that advanced to the final were Italy and Czechoslovakia, with the victory of Italy by 2-1, winning the world cup on their country. The most massive win was made by the champion Italy in the first round against the United States (7-1).
